Job Description:

  1. Examines and analyzes accounting records to determine financial status of establishment and prepares financial reports concerning operating procedures: Reviews data regarding material assets, net worth, liabilities, capital stock, surplus, income, and expenditures.
  2. Inspects items in books of original entry to determine if accepted accounting procedure was followed in recording transactions.
  3. Counts cash on hand, inspects notes receivable and payable, negotiable securities, and cancelled checks.
  4. Verifies journal and ledger entries of cash and check payments, purchases, expenses, and trial balances by examining and authenticating inventory items.
  5. Prepares reports for management concerning scope of audit, financial conditions found, and source and application of funds.
  6. May make recommendations regarding improving operations and financial position of company.
  7. May supervise and coordinate activities of auditors specializing in specific operations of establishments undergoing audit.
  8. May audit banks and financial institutions and be designated Bank Examiner.
  9. May examine company payroll and personnel records to determine worker's compensation coverage and be designated Payroll Auditor.

Qualifications:

  • Male or Female
  • 23 -40 years old
  • Graduate of Accountancy and CPA passer
  • Residence of Quezon Province
  • W/ One (1) year experience
  • W/Good Moral Character

Resort manager Job Profile and Description

A resort manager is the one who has the responsibility to outlook the functions of a resort. It is probably the most challenging, but it promises to offer a most rewarding experience. Resort managers have the duty to do the staff management to stock control or from guest welfare to chalet maintenance.

Roles and Responsibilities

The duties and responsibilities of a resort manager are as follows:

  • The main duty of a resort manager is to manage and responsible for resort operations.
  • He or she has to manage, train and motivate resort management team and staff.
  • It will be the duty to comply with all procedures and standards as set out in the staff manuals.
  • He or she has to ensure excellent communication between resort management team, and with resort staff.
  • It will be the duty to check all fire safety documentation is in place and adhered to.
  • He or she has to ensure health and hygiene standards are met.
  • It will be the duty to maintain a high profile within the resort.
  • He or she has the responsibility to have regular positive contact with guests throughout their stay.
  • It is needed to maintain the coordination with the overseas management team.
  • He or she has to make sure that the resort stays within budget.
  • He or she is responsible for organizing management team duties and rotas.
  • The duty is to monitor overall resort expenditure and completing weekly accounts.
  • He or she has to work as an in charge of welcoming resort independent arrivals.
  • It will be the responsibility to arrange and conduct weekly meetings with staff and with resort management team.
  • The manager also has the duty to carrying out disciplinary procedures when necessary and supervision of staff accommodation to ensure standards are being adhered to.
